Description
E-commerce Magento Business Analyst required to join a leading global end user currently deploying a new global Magento cloud solution. The role offers excellent rates and the chance to work with one of the largest global Retail conglomerates. Based in Milan, Italy.
Long term contract, multi year program. There is flexibility to work remotely part of the time in this position.
Key deliverables;
- Facilitate and run customer workshops
- Documentation of customer requirements
- Map process flows
- Define functional requirements
- Work closely with the CRM Project Manager to support the implementation
Key skills:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience
- Proven experience facilitating & running workshops
- Proven experience working as a BA on E-commerce projects
- Magento experience ideal
- Understanding of integration between Magento & SAP
- Knowledge of XML
- Strong knowledge of the fashion industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
