- The purpose of this project is to support timely onboard to Track & Trace all the Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) in the pharmaceutical portfolio
Project Manager Track & Trace at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Initiate, monitor and follow up internally and externally implementation progress according the regulatory country requirements and raise potential issues to management
- Regular alignment with respective stakeholders and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance
- Coordination of change control processes
- Ensure that all projects are tracked in the SalesForce.com application and issue regular reports if required, while supporting the country teams to remove any roadblocks
- Responsible to check and provide master data for all products packed at CMOs and reassuring reporting or even performing the task manually when needed
- Being a key user for Trace Link (adding Master Data in Trace Link, providing serial numbers to CMOs etc.), SalesForce
Main qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal skills (English)
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Experience with standard project management tools, SalesForce.com and tracelink
- Affinity with IT tools
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
