Description
We seek the services of experienced Business Analysts for our Fed government client in Canberra.
The services will include and not be limited to:
- Mapping current and future-state business processes;
- Identifying and resolving complex process design issues across project or business functions, outside of immediate area of expertise;
- Guiding business stakeholders through the transformation journey and help them envision how their functions and processes will change;
- Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution;
- Facilitating requirements gathering workshops;
- Facilitating negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders;
- Coordinating testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Creating, analysing, and validating detailed design specifications;
- Writing user stories;
- Deliver projects in alignment with the Department's processes and methodologies;
- Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
Mandatory/Essential Criteria:
- 5+ years' demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst;
- Experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders;
- Experience documenting system requirements;
- Demonstrated experience running stakeholder workshops;
- Extensive and recent experience working on projects delivered using Agile methodologies;
The client requires that the candidate be an Australian Citizen and hold a valid Baseline Clearance prior to commencement.
