iKas International are currently recruiting for an Associate Fund Administrator on behalf of an industry renowned, market Asset Management organisation who are looking to grow out their team. Sitting within one of the most business critical areas, this is an opportunity for an accomplished Fund Administrator who has a solid background working on a Unit Dealings Desk.
You will be joining an ever growing team working on a Unit Dealings desk providing expert knowledge of Transfer Agency and Pooled Funds. You will have an operations background gained from either a Investment Bank, Fund Administrator or Custodian.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an Investment Manager/Bank with experience working on a Unit Dealings Desk. You will possess outstanding expertise of Transfer Agency with exceptional knowledge of Pooled funds.
Excellent Understanding of:
- 5+ years Fund Administration experience.
- Must have previous exposure in Operations gained from either an Investment Manager/Bank, Fund Administrator or Custodian.
- Exceptional knowledge of Pooled Funds
- Strong Excel is essential for this role (Vlookups)
- Strong analysis skills, the skill to resolve complex problems and posit pragmatic solutions
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
- Ability to lead discussions to a conclusion
