Description
IT Project Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Knowledge of best practices and IT Project methodologies
- Background in handling complex and diversified projects, preferably with large scale Mergers and Acquisitions knowledge
- Experience with IT infrastructure disciplines such as WAN, Data Centers, Client Services and Process Management
- Ability to deal with multiple hands-on tasks, to recognize, predict and manage project risk as well as to resolve and escalate issues rapidly
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Planning and creating the day 1 readiness playbook for assigned projects
- Coordinating the delivery of playbook materials from the functions and other readiness team members
- Supporting the drafting of the governance processes for day 1 readiness
- Training required user base on relevant portions of the playbook adapting the existing M&A IT training process and ensuring training is rolled out as expected by utilizing process metrics
- Drafting IT communications in support of day 1 readiness and coordinate review and release with the overall communications work stream
