User Researcher - HCI/Agile
My client is currently recruiting for a User Researcher on an initial 6 months contract based in Halifax. As the User Researcher you will be responsible for designing and running customer research in order to understand the needs and concerns in relation to the programme across the full company customer base. You will also be responsible for preparing the design research including working with designers findings from the research and contributing to project outputs. You will liaise with key stakeholders including senior management and product teams, through conducting research activities in order to gain buy-in to make customer improvement.
Skills:
- Good senior stakeholder management of teams with a wide range of skills and capabilities
- Strong planning and organizational skills to ensure deadlines are hit
- Happy to challenge on out dated ways of working and help develop new faster more efficient processes
- Demonstrate critical thinking and be a strong influencer
- Ability to manage relationships with third party agencies and organisations
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills for dealing with stakeholders across various levels
Desirable:
- Strong background in GCI, cognitive psychology or related field
- Experience of working within an Agile environment
- Ability to work as part of a larger team and autonomously
- Ability to multi=task in a dynamic environment
- Experience with the finance sector is desirable
