Financial Accountant - Edinburgh - 6 Month Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of Lorien's Financial Services clients on a 6 month initial contract. The team plays a key role in the provision of both statutory and regulatory reporting information and analysis for both internal and external reporting purposes.
The successful Financial Accountant will have experience in the following areas:
- Qualified accountant with experience in financial services finance functions
- Assist with preparation of information for month end consolidated regulatory reporting
- Assist with preparation of quarterly regulatory returns under CRD IV
- Collation of detailed information for IFRS 12 and related party disclosures for statutory and regulatory reporting
- Update and communicate disclosure requests to subsidiaries
- Collate disclosure pack submissions from subsidiaries
- Support working capital and FX exposure analysis
Qualifications
- Qualified CA/ACCA, or equivalent
