Contracts and Procurement and risk management services require 2 additional people to join a busy team based in MANCHESTER.
You will work via an Umbrella Company of your choice
- Provides a responsive, professional and customer-focused contract management and procurement advisory services to a range of internal clients/stakeholders (from E&S, the regions and other SBUs), to support the effective pursuit and ongoing management of commercial and other opportunities in accordance with best practice standards.
- Delivers high quality procurement and contract management policies, protocols, systems and processes (aligned to wider corporate frameworks), to ensure that the organisation's approach to product/programme development, contractual negotiations and business delivery are managed to maximise benefits and minimise risks to the organisation.
- In accordance with agreed processes and procedures, undertake the commissioning of external advice (eg legal counsel or procurement expertise) as required to enable the provision of necessary support to a range of internal clients on complex/high risk contracting or procurement issues.
