Description
New contract position with a Tier 1 Global Bank in the Asset Management Arm. Seeking Investment Restriction Analyst for 12 month contract.
This position is at Analyst level but paying competitively in the current market and based in Canary Wharf.
Some of the major challenges you will need to overcome will be; interpreting applicable, current laws/regulations into code-able rules, work and manage in a business transformation environment, understanding the capability and limitation of CRD (and/or similar systems) through knowledge of data sources.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all regulatory, client and internal restrictions and guidelines are correctly monitored on a pre and post trade basis.
- Assess fund and institutional mandates, coding into a monitoring tool and feeding back the results
- Liaise with senior stakeholders
Person Specification:
- Experienced using Charles River Compliance or similar monitoring tool.
- Background in Compliance
- Good understanding of Financial Markets, Investment Vehicles, Asset Classes and Benchmark Indices
- Investment qualification desirable.
