Description
I am currently looking for a Consumer Relations Delivery Manager to work based in London for a 9 month extendable contract.
We are ideally looking for someone who speaks Nordic languages, Dutch or French but this is not essential.
The role would be responsible for:
1) Delivery of compliant consumer service at Area Level with focus on customer service
2) Embedding voice of consumer in the organization to drive marketing & promotional campaigns, product improvement, product innovation informed by consumer feedback and needs,
3) Delivery of ad-hoc projects ranging from creating consumer relations teams to increasing scope of services for example launching additional channels/methods of communication
The ideal candidate would have extensive delivery management experience in a global organisation as well as being upbeat, someone who can work under pressure, be resilient and be familiar working in a process driven environment.
