Description
To the CRM Managers out there, a leading Global E-commerce Business is in search of someone with hands on CRM Campaign experience and has previously led a team. Working in the heart of London in a really snazzy office paying up to £400 p/day.
You will be responsible for:
- Own campaigns from end to end: Manage overall CRM plan, targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning, localization, translation, build, execution and reporting
- Deliver a test and learn strategy to optimise effectiveness of our communications; feeding all insights gained from the results and analysis back in to create a continuous process of testing and refinement
- Work with analytics to deep dive into customer, campaign and channel data, identifying opportunities to target new customer segments to drive desired behaviours, improve KPIs and evolve the strategic direction of our CRM
- Significant marketing experience with demonstrated success delivering multi-channel campaigns with a deep understanding of email data, execution and best practices
- Experience in web analytics
