The project is an existing data centre with multiple live data halls, due to expansion the end client are looking increase the capacity to include two more halls. The building will still be live and operational throughout the project.
The client are the Principal Contractor on site and are managing the entire M&E package for the project, the majority of the rest of the work is being sourced out.
The project is focused on the M&E fit out of 2 data halls within a building that already has live data halls so experience on a Data Centre construction or refurbishment is an absolute must.
- Data Centre experience
- Site Management experience
- Mission Critical M&E equipment knowledge eg UPS, CRAC units, Switchgear, AHU's
- Power Generation and Power Distribution knowledge (preferably ~11kv)
- SMSTS
- CSCS
