Your Skills
- SAP Inbound Warehouse Management
- Strong character to represent headquarter template processes in subsidiary
- Used to work Independently and autonomously
- Ability to define need for decision & drive decision
- Good communication skills
- Nice to have. Batch management & GTS integration (long term declaration). Supplier return handling
Your Tasks
- The SAP processes are based on ECC.
Warehouse structures (complete) definition.
Inbound at different location from external supplier & group companies.
Inbound scenarios for different materials. Warehouse scenarios for putaway.
Management of ASN.
Material supply for production.
Inventory & stock valuation
- Specific tasks.
Analysis of existing Warehouse structures & create decision memo for warehouse system.
Drive confirmation of decision on SAP WM for Romania (no eWM, no LFS integration)
- Common tasks.
Analysis of existing template processes.
Extension and completion of Rollout documentation.
Identification of process gaps and white spots.
Preconfiguration of romanian processes in SAP.
Create decision memo to close gaps/white spots upfront rollout.
Analysis & integration concept for non SAP application.
Analysis of data sources (input) for later migration.
Define scope of data cleansing.
Planning of workpackages & reporting.
Planning & performing workshops to gather needed information
