Hanson Regan are currently looking for a MS Dynamics Consultant with a strong functional, finance and AX background.
This freelance/contract assignment is based in Warsaw, Poland and will take any English speaking consultants with an EU passport.
Your responsibilities:
- The link' between business functions and IT
- Primary responsible for the MS Dynamics application (from IT perspective)
- Provide 2nd line support (1st line at Power User & Helpdesk)
- Expertise in Finance module of MS Dynamics 365 FO/AX
- Manage all issues, changes and requests.
- Support/propose/analyse Change Requests
- Align Change Request priority into Release Management
- Train users & maintain training materials
- Perform smoke testing', coordinate testing
- Maintain vendor and community relationships and knowledge of Roadmap, ISV Solutions, Localizations.
