Internal Communications Manager - Banking, Internal, Mortgage, Customer Channels
A new opportunity has just arisen for a Internal Communications Manager to join our financial services client, working on multi channel Customer Journey improvement initiative for their Mortgages products.
This is for an initial 6 month contract based from Halifax.
Working as part of a larger team the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, shaping and recommending the optimal communications approach for specific Business Units and key skills required will include;
* Previous experience working as a Communications Manager with detailed knowledge across all areas of Communications design/development/delivery/planning
* Experience working within Financial Services - Retail Banking preferably
* Specific experience of Internal/Project communications driven by process improvement change
* First class verbal and written communication skills will be absolutely essential
* Any knowledge of mortgages related and customer channels projects would be highly advantageous (but is not essential)
* The ability to work well within a team and manage senior level stakeholder relationships
