Main tasks:
- Manage multiple digital projects with focus on strategy and scalable new business
- Define and implement new digital platform initiatives, user experience and business requirements
- Develop multiple scenarios (short product life cycles and high technology adaption rates)
- Work on business cases and report to senior management and relevant department members
- Work within an agile environment
- Manage resources and deliver the roadmap
- Measure performance and define a KPI-Set
Main qualifications
- Masters degree in business, engineering or science (or relevant experience)
- Profound experience in the digital area (innovation, business development or corporate development - preferable in B2B)
- Experience in telco, energy or management consulting sector
- Extensive background in project management or product development
- Experience in developing and launching new initiatives
- Ability to develop cross-functional teams and deliver scalable business models
- Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, documentation and cross-functional management skills (English and German)
