eCommerce Manager - Drupal - £400 per day - Leading eCommerce Firm - Initial 6 Month Contract with potential to extend

A market leading eCommerce firm is undergoing a major transformation of their Website and are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

Main responsibilities:

- Create customer facing E-commerce websites using the in-house Drupal CMS

- Work with the copywriter, uploading and optimising copy across all digital assets (Web, App, Email, Paid Search etc)

- Source, optimise and upload images across all digital assets

- Ensure E-commerce offering is in line with brand guidelines/strategy

- Embed a creative influence on the execution of the project

- Support the creation of the project plan

- Manage risks & dependencies as appropriate, escalating to management as needed

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Create and maintain project documentation/support with training as required

Skills and Requirements

Essential Professional and Technical Skills

- Proven working experience in Digital Ecommerce

- Hands on Digital CMS experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Involvement in rebranding and or web migration projects would be advantageous

Professional Background

- 2+ years' experience within a digitally focussed E-commerce management position.

- Preferred background in travel/leisure or high turnover E-commerce websites.

- Preferred experience with Drupal.

- Degree educated, ideally in English or Business.

This role is based in Central London with a rate of up to £400 per day Dependent on experience.
