Scope
Act as business case work-stream lead for elements of WRLtH/BML. Act as subject matter expert on commercial and financial cases for other projects.
Act as interface between advisers and the operational business, ensuring that information provided is sound and relevant. The interim manager may need to challenge and drill into information, and will build effective and collaborative relationships with the wider organisation.
Assist team members and client's financial advisers develop bankable and value for money transactions. Write papers supporting interim positions.
Research and reference in transaction precedents from other sectors from the UK and overseas
Contribute to, challenge and potentially deliver financial models and assumptions books
Work with transaction leads to secure wider stakeholder support
Investigate opportunities to extend the commercialisation pipeline
