Senior Project Manager - 6 month contract - London
We are currently searching for a Senior Project Manager to join our client based in West London on an initial 6 month contract basis.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3-5 year working experience as a project manager
- Come from a Engineering background
- Experience in managing design/development of building services such as, Electricity, lighting, public health, fire alarm and building monitoring systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage allocated projects to meet programme requirements.
- Clarify scope/schedule/benefits for projects, to identify the value to the business.
- Supplier management
- Leadership - Maintain and promote a culture of Health, Safety and Wellbeing
- Monthly reporting - Report on budget, risk and scope changes for allocated projects
- Stakeholder management
- Develop a PDP to enable personal development and growth including SMART objectives and training activities
