THE ROLE
To provide operational support and application administration for the clients core general ledger system (CODA) in line with agreed service levels. This will include incident, problem and change management (starters, leavers, permission changes etc.), plus prioritisation and communication with the user base, and the third party. The role will also entail close working with MI personnel/management, Business Analysts, Data Warehouse support and other internal/external support teams, in order to provide a seamless support face to the business.
