Interim Group Financial Controller - Based Warwickshire - £ per day LTD

My client has an immediate requirement for an Interim Group Financial Controller to join their team for an initial period of 3 months. You will need either a listed PLC or AIM background as well as strong experience around IFRS

Key Duties of the role of Interim Group Financial Controller

  • Group consolidation
  • Group financial analysis
  • Management of a small team
  • Financial modelling of actuals as well as forecasts and budgets
  • Support the CFO where required
  • Management of the annual audit and preparation of year-end statutory accounts
  • Management of the internal audit process
  • Assistance with ad hoc other projects

Candidate profile required for the role of Interim Group Financial Controller

  • Chartered ACA or ACCA (Preferably Big 4)
  • Group Financial Controller experience within a PLC or AIM listed business
  • IFRS experience
  • Team management
  • Strong technical skill set
  • Strong interpersonal skill-set with high emotional intelligence
  • Experience of best practice
