Description
Solutions Architect with profound SCRUM and PMI/PMP knowledge wanted for our Vevey based client in the food industry.Your experience/skills:
- 4+ years' experience in implementing and supporting technologies like SuccessFactors Talent related modules and Cornerstone Learning systems
- 2+ years' practice of leading a team in a Project/Program Management role
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, especially SCRUM and PMI/PMP as well as of Resource Management tasks such as Stakeholder Management and Change Management
- Good knowledge of integration technologies learning tools and methodologies, learning pedagogy as well as of SF Suite cross-module integration issues/ impacts Testing & Quality Assurance of Software
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Participating in the implementation and maintenance of new and existing technologies
- Ensuring leadership according to PMI/PMP standards and applying SCRUM methodologies
- Collaborating with a team of experts during all phases of the project including supporting the implementation as well as the testing and Quality Assurance process
- Communicating with stakeholders and handling Change Management tasks
