Mechanical Project Manager
Central London
6 month contract (pipeline of work for 12months +)
Interviews and start date within 2 weeks
The project will be working on a live data centre on which 2 large data halls need to be fitted out - the work will be taking place in a live environment so any experience in this area would be paramount to the client.
The successful candidate will be working for the Main contractor on site and the role will be concerned with the Mechanical side of the M&E package.
They are looking for experience in the following areas;
- Previous role as a Mechanical PM
- Background of a Mechanical bias
- Data Centre-similar equipment eg AHU's, CRAC units, Chiller replacements
- Live environment experience
- Previous project working for the main contractor and liaising with sub contractors eg covering supply chain programme, managing contractual obligations etc.
