Project Manager - Organisational Change Management (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Prepare the Project Charter in coordination with the sponsor and project core team,
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, as well as develop and communicate the project governance, roles and responsibilities, decision making process and authority levels for decisions
- Liaise with project SC/senior management and update progress
- Inform variances from plan and propose corrective actions
- Create Organizational Change Impact Assessment in order to define a plan to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Engage the users, and other groups as necessary, to discuss and design the changes in business processes, organizational structure or solutions
- Lead OCM (Organizational Change Management) stream and its initiatives
- Estimate project costs, internal and external costs, reviewing on a regular basis in order to have an accurate latest budget estimation
Main qualifications
- Certificate from a technical or business institute (e.g. in engineering, accounting, applied psychology) or other recognized professional qualifications
- Proven experience as Project Manager and in OCM
- Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain is preferred
- Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking), German skills are a plus
- PMI CAPM or PMP certification as well as ADKAR certification are desirable
