Harvey Nash's Private sector client is looking for 3x Claims Associates to join them on 6 month initial contracts', based in Greenock.
What will you be responsible for?
- Identifying and triaging claims that require a post service review
- Triage queries that require clinical review with appropriate follow up
- Research and analyse claim issues as needed
- Attaining established quality assurance standards
- Attaining established production standards and operational objectives
What skills do you need to carry out this role successfully?
- Good analytical, evaluation, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate information
- Customer service skills
- Proven data entry skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible within fast-paced dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
