Description
Genesys Solutions Architect required with experience of working on high level designs of call-centre technologies with large scale, high profile clients. The Genesys Solution Architect will be working on a huge design for the implementation of Genesys technologies.
Key Responsibilities/duties
1. Create high-level design in co-operation with client IT Architect and architects from a System Integrator.
2. Lead a Design Authority for the project.
3. Approve design from the System Integrator.
Key skills required
1. Review deliveries from System Integrator.
2. Act as advisor to client Project Management and Business Developers regarding solution.
3. Training and knowledge transfer to client Architects
4. Lead a Design Authority for the project.
Desirable/Beneficial skills
1. Experience of working on high profile, large scale Genesys solutions
2. Background of call centre technologies solution design
This role is working with a prestigious client who are working on a very large scale, international implementation of Genesys.
