In order to accelerate initiatives within the bank's development portfolio, reinforcement is required with a project manager/sub-project manager. The most important task is to lead a group of people who often come from different parts of the bank and make them work as a team. It is important to be able to put a structured approach and show the way forward. The person may not hesitate to chop in and get the job done when needed.
Profile:
- Driven and orderly person with experience to drive development and change.
- The person must have good ability for cooperation, communication and flexible problem solving but without compromising on driving and forwarding.
- Experience in successfully managing projects in finance, digital banking, payments, financial and/or risk reporting is desirable.
- You need to master basic Agila principles and methods.
- Must be fluent in Swedish
