We are now recruiting a Group Financial Controller to work closely with the CEO and CFO to prepare the business for IPO and beyond.
Job Purpose
To lead the company's financial accounting, reporting and control activities across the group of companies and to ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line with best practice.
Maintain and where appropriate, develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances including setting up and managing the Group's treasury function. Overseeing and preparing public company reporting. Work with Group companies to prepare company specific reporting and KPI data. Review group Company Management accounts and KPI reports and consolidate for the Board. Prepare short and long terms profit, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts. Consider tax planning in connection with external advisers. Act as the main point of contact to external auditors. Fostering and developing relationships with external advisers. Manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders. Manage the accounts team across Group companies and other regional/cluster Financial Controllers. As appropriate get involved with acquisition DD and onboarding new businesses to the group.
