Hanson Regan are currently looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to work on a 12 months contract based in Poland,
All communication with vendor, internal and external teams and documentation is in English.
SKILLS COMPETENCIES
ServiceNow administration experience of Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, and SOM is a plus
Scripting in JavaScript; PowerShell, Knowledge of WEB application design principles: HTML, CSS, Understanding of database: MySQL, MS SQL, Advanced Excel skills
Basic knowledge of ITIL, Scrum/Agile
