Description
Leading Investment and Wealth Manager are looking to on board a Governance Manager for their London office. You will report directly to the Head of Investment Management and have direct responsibility for supporting governance and direct oversight of activities related to use of benchmarks to ensure compliance with internal policies.
Majority of the role will focus on governance and compliance with the other part being the deliver of presentations to senior level management.
Requirements:
- Strong grasp of corporate governance
- Investment/Wealth Management experience is a must, investment operations knowledge is desirable.
- Comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Familiarity with multi asset portfolio management or private clients portfolio management would be beneficial.
