A global manufacturing business are looking for an accomplished Finance Shared Services Transformation Project Manager to lead the transfer and establishment of the financial services within a captive UK SSC. The role plays an integral part in shaping the future of the finance shared services.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who has significant exposure setting up finance shared service centres whilst also creating the blueprint for the strategy of continuing to drive the business forward. The hiring manager described the role as:

To successfully deliver on this assignment you will need to have:
- Full accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Significant experience in Finance Transformation Project delivery.
- Experience setting up multiple Finance Shared Service Centres.
- Exposure to heavy industries.
A little more information about the role:
- Working closely with the PMO to develop a transformation project plan to deliver effective and efficient finance shared services throughout the business.
- Create step by step guides to enable the transfer of financial services to the SSC consistent with the TOM.
- Develop Service Level Agreements for each process and effectively liaise with all key stakeholders on this.
- Taking the lead in several important group wide projects.
