Description
A globally renowned media business is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join their highly successful finance department for 12-months to cover maternity leave. You will support the Finance Manager and be integral to the growth of the brand.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and be accountable for the manufacturing cost process, including reporting and updating of rate cards along with reviewing rebates.
- Ensure robust financial control is upheld and developed across global supply chain including 100% compliance of all SOX requirements.
- Partner with the businesses key clients and ensure all financial policies and reporting procedures are in line with corporate requirements.
- Work with corporate finance and external partners, complete monthly/quarterly Intrastat/ECSPL/VAT reporting.
- Complete monthly cash forecasting and quarterly direct cash variances and provide commentary to drive the brand strategy.
- Be the main point of contact for audit partners
Personal and Professional Competencies:
- ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Competence with SAP/BW and ideally an exposure to Essbase
- Audit experience, including SOX
- Excellent communication skills and can partner effectively with non-finance professionals
- Manufacturing or supply chain background is desirable
