Main tasks:
- Support internal rollout manager in all rollout topics (one rollout candidate in project phase)
- Develop rollout methodology in detail
- Document rollout methodology
- Develop template demand and change processes in detail
- Document template demand and change processes in detail
- Create all kind of rollout accelerators (documents, tools)
- Transfer all requirements to the Solution Manager implementation consultants
- Create training materials for the rollout methodology and change processes
- Train first rollout candidates' team in the rollout methodology and change processes
Main qualifications
- Experience in a template-based SAP rollout project as a team member or similar
- Experience in design and implementation of IT change processes (ITIL)
- Overview over the SAP technology and products
- Excellent MS Office knowledge including VBA Macros
- Experience in SAP Solution Manager usage, especially in CHARM
- Experience in business process related and IT documentation tasks
- English language: ILR Level 4
