IT Infrastructure (Business Analyst & Project Manager)Role Purpose:The IT Infrastructure Business Analyst & Project Manager supports client in GDPR program as sub-stream lead (Project Manager) and Business Analyst for IT infrastructure related topics (Backup, File Services, Email, SharePoint)
Key Accountabilities :
-Support client in GDPR program as sub-stream lead (Project Manager) and Business Analyst for IT infrastructure related topics (Backup, File Services, Email, SharePoint.
-Describe technical solutions for above technologies and drive implementation together with SME's
- Analysis of file services:
o Define and implement a new user access control concept
o Define and implement new data structure
o Identify and coordinate with data owners required data and delete / migrate data to the new environment
o Description and implementation of new role concept into identity and access management tool (IIQ)
-Analysis of services and email environment:
o Define and implement a new user access control concept
o Identification of ownership of shared mailboxes
o Identify and coordinate with mailbox owners required mailboxes
o Description and implementation of new role concept into identity and access management tools (IIQ)
Required skills:
-Several years of IT infrastructure project management
-Implementation project experience in the finance industry
-profile technical understanding of IT infrastructure
-Onstanding of GDPR regulatory framework and what it means for unstructured data
-Excellent coordination capabilities internally and with 3rd party providers and vendors
-Excellent stakeholder management on different managerial levels, on IT and business side
-Own initiative, self-starter qualities and persistency
-Analytical & structured thinking / working
Education : Bachelor / Master's degree in computer science, science or engineering or relevant
Languages : Fluent English and German spoken / written
