Compliance PMO/Project Manager- 6 month contract with possibility of extension
- Negotiable salary based on experience
My Client is a Global Bank in need of a Compliance PMO/Project Manager with a law and regulatory background to support their Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team in Zurich.
As the Compliance PMO/Project Manager you will be working with the global client on boarding program including planning, coordinating and tracking execution of deliverables or assigned program streams such as risk management as well as actively identifying opportunities to improve existing processes internally.
You have:
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Project Manager or PMO in a related project or ideally in the financial industry
- Prior experience within a Compliance and/or Front Office role is essential
- Experience in onboarding is a massive advantage
- Experience with regulatory affairs would be a strong advantage
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Master or equivalent degree, legal or regulatory background is an advantage
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP) a plus
- Knowledge of the client on boarding process, including understanding of latest regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflicts
- Passion for excellence, change, effectiveness and finding joy in building something new
- Fluent English, written and spoken, German is an advantage
