Our direct client, a Fortune 500 company in a Northeast suburb of Cleveland, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst/Scrum Product Owner to fill a long-term contract opening. Ideal candidates will have experience analysing and recommending process and system improvements between business areas, vendors, legal, and IT teams within large enterprise organizations.Required:
Responsibilities:
Serves as a Product Owner on an Agile-Scrum development team in a scaled agile framework.
Works closely with Program Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.
Prioritizes and manages the product feature backlog. Ensures that the development team always has an adequate amount of prepared story cards to work on.
Participants in daily stand ups, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective events. Leads Sprint Review events.
Provides input to and elaboration of the user stories.
Creates business requirements and evaluates technical solutions by discussing business needs with end user, managers and project teams. May work with IT to determine technical requirements
Solicits ideas for system solutions from end users and key business contacts in order to get feedback on best user interface and user experience design.
Participates in design review sessions ensuring compliance to requirements, system standards, and accessibility standards.
Consults with end users to identify essential requirements information. Provides system design recommendations as it relates to business requirements.
Serves as an expert resource and provides direction for system issues and problem solving.
