iKas International are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager on behalf of an industry renowned, market leading Asset Management organisation who are looking to grow out their Global Marketing team. Sitting within one of the most business critical areas, this is an opportunity for an accomplished Marketing Manager who can help assist and manage their marketing programming/campaign development from beginning to end.
You will be joining an ever growing Global Marketing team helping the business unit/sales teams to define marketing objectives and plans and execute on those plans. You will oversee and coordinate the Marketing Management function in EMEA to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will have exceptional marketing and communications experience in either B2B or a financial services organisation. You will be experienced in managing marketing projects such as online communications, events, advertising editorial and sponsorships.
Excellent Understanding of:
- 4 + years Marketing Management experience
- Sound marketing and communications skills
- Previous experience managing marketing projects such as online communications, events, advertising editorial and sponsorships.
- Experience in writing and editing copy
- Experience in digital platforms and social media tools
- Strong analysis skills, the skill to resolve complex problems and posit pragmatic solutions
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
- Ability to lead discussions to a conclusion
