Description

Our client has a contract opportunity through the end of this year that will likely extend into 2019.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent years of experience is required
  • 3+ years' experience with IS contract management and administration
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities with a shared services organization and model
  • Strong understanding of contracts and contract administration
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others, to lead and affect process and organizational change and improvements
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, with ease and comfort working with senior executives Experience in managing supplier relationships and large contracts is a plus
  • Experience working within Ariba is considered a plus Works well in a team environment

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to understand and interpret software, hardware, and IS services contract language
  • Monitor and manage the lifecycle of a contract Liaison between IS and Procurement and Legal resources Ensure specific contract deliverables are acceptable Own contract change and renewal process Escalate contract issues as needed
