What the client is looking for/ Tasks
· Responsible for the complete ION Wall Street Suite (1st to third level support)
· Identify and engage with the stakeholders to classify, document and engineer system solutions for new requirements based on the standard functionality in WSS
· First point of contact for business
· Work in an international, multi sourced team as part of the Group Finance Function
· Help to identify and design proper IT-solutions (Solution evaluation & recommendations)
· Have a holistic view of solutions and understand the wider impacts
· Challenge requirements and provide alternative solution options (cost/benefit analysis)
· Potential to take over the team lead for the new Application Management Team
Required Skills/ Experience
Educated to Degree level with a preference for a Master in applied computer science
· Preferred: Strong functional and technical knowledge and profound working experience in WSS (Installation, configuration and administration) of Wall Street Suite/Trema Finance KIT, especially TRM and CMM
· Adapts to quickly changing business needs and is able to prioritize tasks efficiently;
· Is able to communicate complex issues in a clear and structured way, both verbally and in writing, using non-technical terms;
· Is comfortable working without close supervision, but knows when to involve others.
· Be able to lead other Business Support team members and Developers including those working offshore
· Strong analytical mindset with an ability to manage complex dependencies in a structured and systematic way
· Experience in driving and delivering change (taking ownership with a commercial focus)
· Ability to facilitate team discussions to solve technical challenges, especially when they involve negotiation between multiple business or technical stakeholders
· Proven capability for efficient stakeholder communication and management
· Be a self-starter
· Must have owned significant project deliverables in large programs
· Must have created and supported test case and User Acceptance Testing
· Strong team player, able to demonstrate experience of working in an international team
· Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of additional languages would be a plus
