Sr Financial Analyst
Description:

Responsibilities include compiling and generating reports, providing supporting data for budget purposes.

Performs financial analysis upon identification of variances.

Participates in the planning and development of regional, departmental and/or functional budgets.

May be responsible for budget/forecast system completion and high level reviews.

Proactively identifies potential data and analytical needs to support management and performance monitoring requirements.

Assists with preparation of ad hoc financial reporting/analysis as necessary.
-
Manages and analyzes monetary resources and affairs within an organization.
-
May also be responsible for conducting technical accounting research as needed.

Prepares and maintains supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Requirements:
-
BA in Finance or Accounting required
-
5 - 8 years related experience in financial analysis and budgeting.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
-
Strong oral and written communication skills.
-
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of internal clients.
