Organisational Development Consultant
Contract: 6 months A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join an international bank based in London.
As part of the Digital Strategy & Org Alignment team, you will be contributing to the Digital TOM and organisational alignment by establishing the design and shape of organisational structures and OD analytics within global Digital, working across the core strategic key markets. Also supporting the Group HRD and business leadership team to shape strategic decision on delivering a purposeful organisation design to achieve business strategy aligning digital organisation, leadership and to scale; and the management of critical talent roles to drive growth; a conduit to group functions in driving projects, supporting structure design, role clarity, JDs, skills and capabilities as part of the Digital People Agenda to develop current and future capability and organisation effectiveness.
