Description
I am currently working with Finance company who are looking to recruit a Fund Administrator for a 6 month contract based in Edinburgh. The Fund Administrator will be working within the client service operations team and cover the exit preparation, workshops, parallel runs and exit packs.
Daily duties of the Fund Administrator:
- Ensure successful delivery of daily prices by agreed deadlines
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of errors and breaches
- Co-ordinate other regular periodic deliverables to the client in line with SLA(eg Yields, KPIs, Expense invoices)
- Provide technical expertise
- Liaise with internal teams that form part of NAV delivery process resolving issues as they arise
Key Skills for Fund Administrator:
- Strong experience within Fund Admin
- Client service experience
- Excellent technical understanding
- Exhibits highly detailed understanding and execution of all Oversight tasks and functions
- Set and maintain high standards within team
- Ensure deadlines/deliverables are met through accurate checklist completion
