Description
A multinational retail organisation is looking for a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead their finance transition to a Shared Service Centre in Europe.

To deliver this assignment, you will have to have:
- Experience working in Europe, preferably Spain, Or to have lived and worked in Spain previously
- Experience of transitioning finance processes across: O2C, P2P, R2R to Shared Service models across geographies in Europe.
- Experience delivering Finance Transformation projects, leading teams, and driving process improvements.
- A background in finance.
- Exceptional leadership, project management and relationship building skills
A little more about the role:
- There is a need to project manage the documentation of finance processes.
- The role will involve driving standardisation across all key finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P among others).
- The role will likely involve travel, 3-4 days a week.
