Contract Rate: Euro 330 per day
Contract Length: 5 Months - With extensions
Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contract Quality Consultant to join their client in Strasbourg, France.
In the Application Management and Maintenance Unit, an Intermediate Quality Consultant profile is needed for the following tasks:
Reporting to the Head of Production Applications Support Sector / Release Manager:
- Performing a state-of-play analysis in the area of document management especially design, transition and operations;
- Assessing a TO-BE situation in terms of processes and tools for the Document Management in design, transition and operations of the Core Business Systems;
- Ensuring that all processes related to Quality management are set up and maintained;
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures;
- Implementing the new process and maintaining the repositories;
- Supporting the project and operational teams on all issues related to document management design, transition and operations of the Core Business Systems;
- Writing and maintaining the manual for the policies and procedures;
- Performing regularly quality assessments.
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school
Professional experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience as quality consultant.
Professional competencies
- Proof read communication, documents, draft emails, etc as needed
- Maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to create professional documents and emails
- Run reports & handle special projects as assigned
- Perform Quality related duties as assigned
