End to End Quality Manager (E2E, Deploy and Operate, Lean Six Sigma) In Denmark
Tasks of the E2E QM
Development and implementation of the project quality plan covering both Deploy and Operations
Regular assessments and audits linked to process adherence and optimization
Establishing quality governance
Deep interaction with the Program Director, the Deploy Project Manager and the Operations Director
Technical review of the Project Quality Management Five Pillars and strategy alignment 1st time right;
Profile:
Knowhow and experience of Nokia Quality Management system and related processes both for Deploy and Operate
Project Management expertise
Experience in Deployment and Managed Services projects
Excellent and proven leadership and communications skills both internally and towards the customer
Has successfully worked in Project Quality Management roles in the past including proven track record of improvement projects
Knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma (green belt/black belt qualification would be desired)
Ability to converse fluently, coherently and confidently in English BUT Danish is a BIG PLUS.
