CLIENT ANALYST
CANARY WHARF
12 MONTH CONTRACT
UP TO £280 PER DAY
A tier-1 Investment Bank is looking to recruit a Client Analyst to join the Client Services division based in Canary Wharf, London offices.
Key Skills required for a Client Analyst:
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience, including client facing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- IMC/IAD/CISI/CFA Qualifications preferred
- Previous experience of working within a Relationship Management department
Responsibilities of a Client Analyst:
- Client on-boarding pack preparations with support
- Client engagement and other ad-hoc requests from Clients
- Support Relationship Managers in organising and coordinating tasks in connection with Client service and/or Client acquisition and sales activities
- Ad-hoc Relationship Manager requests relating to Clients and platform
- Account maintenance- changes to client details in systems.
- Ownership of correct and timely handling of formalities, ensuring high quality and escalation of issues
