In the Application Management and Maintenance Unit, an Intermediate Quality Consultant profile is needed for the following tasks:
Tasks:
Reporting to the eu-LISA Head of Production Applications Support Sector/Release Manager:
1.Performing a state-of-play analysis in the area of document management especially design, transition and operations
2.Assessing a TO-BE situation in terms of processes and tools for the Document Management in design, transition and operations of the Core Business Systems
3.Ensuring that all processes related to Quality management are set up and maintained
4.Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
5.Implementing the new process and maintaining the repositories
6.Supporting the project and operational teams on all issues related to document management design, transition and operations of the Core Business Systems
7.Writing and maintaining the manual for the policies and procedures
8.Performing regularly quality assessments
Requirements
Education:
*Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school
Professional experience:
*Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience as quality consultant.
Professional competencies
*Proof read communication, documents, draft emails, etc as needed
*Maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism
*Ability to create professional documents and emails
*Run reports & handle special projects as assigned
*Perform Quality related duties as assigned
