Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Application Support with fluent English in Prague. A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and international environment. This role offer the opportunity of full home office.
Major Accountabilities
- Provide advanced application support and assistance related to applications and other tech tools and products for scientist and medical specialists within pharmaceutical environment
- Application support - calls/tickets/user interaction
- Provide prompt responses to questions from client's site (scientists, medical experts)
- Documentation of problems and knowledge database creation
- Regular reporting and Process Improvement activities if needed
- Consult with IT experts, if the appropriate course of action in unclear
Requirements
- Ideally you have already some experience in the field of bio/chemistry/pharma, especially knowledge of the scientific research process
- At least four years of experience within technical support/application support in IT field
- Strong problem solving/analytical abilities as well as excellent communication skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task talking to customers while performing technical computer work
- Ability to work independently as well as willing to follow direction and best practices
- Team player and supportive persona
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
