I am working with a global Asset Management company who are looking for an Employee Relations VP to start immediately on a 6 Month contract.
Experience working in Financial Services is a necessary to be considered for this role.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience managing cpomplex ER cases with in Financial Services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deal with a high case load
