Social Media Analyst
We are looking for an Social Media Analyst - Account Executive (AE) or, Senior Account Executive (SEA) for a 12 month contract (day per day) to work as a Social Media Listening Analyst based in our clients HQ based in central Swindon.
Your main duties will be taking responsibility for contributing to the provision of data and reports with regards to a large scale social listening project within the company's EMEA digital hub.
The contractor position involves collaborating closely with a Senior Social Listening Analyst and the Head of EMEA Digital and Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Senior Analyst in delivering data and insight excellence
- Working with tools such as Crimson Hexagon, Sysomos, NewsWhip, Traackr and Klear
- Potentially recommending new tools that extend the capability and complement existing listening solutions
- Fulfil analytics, insights, and report requests based on online and social listening data
- Delivering clear and concise reports to the agreed standard, format and deadline
- Delivering insight including:
- Campaign/partnership/sponsorship optimisation and evaluation
- Campaign planning and KPI setting
- Owned social media/community management insights, in support of strategy
- Issues/crisis management and social customer care
- Brand and product monitoring
- Competitor brand and product monitoring
- Influencer mapping
- Influencer programme optimisation and evaluation
- Sector/market/country insight
